Thanksgiving 2020 Real Estate Market Update
Happy Thanksgiving, friends! 2020 has been interesting to say the least but as we reflect over the craziness, we have much to be thankful for. Personally, I feel so fortunate to have a client base full of friends and I cherish each of you more than I’m capable of saying. Though the pandemic has kept much of us apart, I remain grateful for our time together even if only by text or everyone’s new favorite word, “zoom”.
Michelle and I want to wish you an amazing Thanksgiving weekend. We hope your plates are full, your wine glasses are refilled often and your hearts are filled with love and laughter. And as always, go Cowboys!

Even through a pandemic, the Central Texas real estate market continues to be white hot. Though sales dipped early in the year after a brief “shutdown”, 2020 needs only 3300 closed listings to set a record once again. This will happen!
If you’ve considered relocating in the next year, we should start prepping for that move now. Navigating a potential home sale in a hyper competitive market during a pandemic takes thoughtful time. We’re currently prepping a handful of listings for the fist of 2021 and we’d love to help your family, too!
This time last year we were marveling over interest rates in the mid 3% range. Today, they are floating around 2.5% for a 30 year fixed. Yes, you read that right. Whether you are thinking of buying your first home, or encouraging a friend of family member to buy theirs, please know I’d love to help.
Text, call (512) 944-7378, email and we’ll build your real estate plans together!
